Facilitator's guide

Do you want to facilitate a Photovoice training? Use the Rutgers Facilitator’s Guide. This guide is developed to inspire other NGOs in the development field to use this method. The guide helps you to prepare, organise and facilitate a Photovoice training in low, middle and high-income countries for a variety of goals.

Facilitator's guide

The Photovoice Facilitator’s Guide is accompanied by a set of PowerPoint presentations. The presentations give direction and depth to certain sessions. They provide examples, which help the participants to understand concepts of photography and Photovoice itself. Download the guide with the accompanied presentations.

To achieve optimal results, we recommend you stick to the comprehensive program of eight training blocks set out in this guide. Use the presentations that match the context of your training. Enjoy!
