Documents Expert Meeting Population Dynamics
Given the relevance of population dynamics in politics and the SDGs, Rutgers has taken the initiative to put this theme back on the agenda in a nuanced way. On 27 October 2017, Rutgers organized an expert meeting bringing together professionals from various sectors (demography, sexual and reproductive health and rights, education, economics, migration and climate) and stakeholders from civil society, the private sector, government, think tanks, parliamentarians, academia, media and other interested professionals.
Report Expert Meeting Population Dynamics
The meeting aimed to unravel the different dimensions and complexity of population dynamics and to explore opportunities to develop a multi-sectoral and interdisciplinary approach to population dynamics in addressing global development issues, as well as the roles of the various stakeholders in this process.
